Paris and Dallas (April 15, 2018) – AQSACOM, a worldwide leader of cyber intelligence software solutions for communication service providers and law enforcement agencies, today announced that telecom industry veteran Todd Daniels has joined AQSACOM to lead the company’s North American sales.
Daniels has over 30 years of telecom experience, having held senior sales positions for telecom equipment leaders including Tekelec, Taqua, Nortel, Siemens and most recently, served as Sales Executive for Sonus networks, which was acquired by GENBAND, Inc. He brings a wealth of network expertise to AQSACOM, with a focus that spans switching and unified communications, session border controls, optical switching, and fiber-to-the home products. Daniels also has deep experience in CableCo, wireline and wireless solutions that support the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act (CALEA).
“CALEA compliance has been an integral requirement for every company and category of product that I have represented and add to that current network operators’ requirements for high throughput, AQSACOM’S cyber-intelligence software suite truly reflects the best the industry has to offer,” said Daniels. “AQSACOM has a tremendous value proposition in a solution that can reduce network complexity, save on OPEX, and provide a time-to-market advantage that ensures CALEA isn’t the long pole in the tent for new services introductions, like 5G and high bandwidth cable and fiber connections of 10G and higher.”
“Todd’s broad telecom industry experience and reputation, along with his keen understanding of CALEA requirements make him a considerable asset to the company as we expand in North America,” said Gilles Blanc, president of AQSACOM. “His leadership will be vital for AQSACOM as we build upon the momentum we have established in the market over the last four years.”
