As a global leader in Cyber Intelligence Solutions, AQSACOM’s corporate responsibility and ethics are the foundation for all operations. AQSACOM is a firm believer in the ten principals of the United Nations Global Compact and proudly respect our responsibilities in the areas of human rights, labor, environment and anti-corruption as set forth in the Compact which is outlined below.
Principle 1: Businesses should support and respect the protection of internationally proclaimed human rights; and
Principle 2: make sure that they are not complicit in human rights abuses.
Principle 3: Businesses should uphold the freedom of association and the effective recognition of the right to collective bargaining;
Principle 4: the elimination of all forms of forced and compulsory labor;
Principle 5: the effective abolition of child labor; and
Principle 6: the elimination of discrimination in respect of employment and occupation.
Principle 7: Businesses should support a precautionary approach to environmental challenges;
Principle 8: undertake initiatives to promote greater environmental responsibility; and
Principle 9: encourage the development and diffusion of environmentally friendly technologies.
Principle 10: Businesses should work against corruption in all its forms, including extortion and bribery.
AQSACOM also follows the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises which addressed by governments to multinational enterprises operating in or from adhering countries. These guidelines provide non-binding principles and standards for responsible business conduct in a global context consistent with applicable laws and internationally recognized standards. These recommendations cover topics such as information disclosure, human rights, employment and labor, environment, anti-corruption, and consumer interests.
AQSACOM commitment to these principals set forth by the United Nations Global Compact and the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises govern our organization and how we do business. In addition, AQSACOM requires all vendors and partners doing business with AQSACOM to adhere to the same set of guidelines.
