Focus. Cyber Intelligence is AQSACOM’s core business. Our focus contrasts with many competing companies that offer diversified “security” or “defense” solutions which dilute company resources and limit their responsiveness, ability to innovate, and strengthen their Cyber Intelligence portfolio as AQSACOM has demonstrated.
AQSACOM is also a privately-held corporation. Companies backed with public offerings or venture capital must report their business activities and revenue sources to numerous stakeholders. With a focus on Cyber Intelligence, confidentiality is imperative. In many cases, the effectiveness of government operations and the security of citizens are at stake. Privately-held companies do not have public reporting obligations and can offer greater protection to government entities.
AQSACOM’s lawful Cyber Intelligence approach is a more compressive, 21st century approach while the competition still looks at the business as lawful interception for IP address or phone number. AQSACOM’s cyber Intelligence moves beyond disparately monitoring phone numbers or IP addresses by collecting a broader set of 21st century social media, communication, and network activities to build more comprehensive, multi-dimensional suspect profiles in real-time.
Our competition provides hard coded platforms that are expensive to deploy, maintain and modify. AQSACOM’s products have been software and database-driven from the beginning, enabling a distributed software approach that is inherently easier and more cost-effective. A software-based approach also enables the customer to make cost-effective upgrades, changes, and additions to our platform in days and weeks, rather than months.
AQSACOM has a broad portfolio that is the foundation for our solution set, however with 20 years’ experience we recognized that every customer needs a certain level of customization depending upon on their network. Since our solution set is software-based, it’s easy for us to make any necessary customization and quickly deploy a turnkey solution that fits the customer’s requirements
AQSACOM is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company which means that the company must continually demonstrate its ability to meet customer requirements/expectations and deliver superior customer satisfaction. Importantly, the ISO Certification, combined with AQSACOM’s iterative process of ongoing checks and balances ensures that each customer requirement is documented and validated in the final solution. AQSACOM is contractually accountable for any requirement or deadline that is not clearly delineated or missed.
